Executive Summary of L&D Support Tool
The L&D Support Tool is a science-based tool and behaviourally captures the true potential and factors that influence performance.
The basis are different questionnaires (modules).
It helps to identify attitudes and behaviour, stress management, cooperation style, working methods, emotional balance and other individual strengths and development potential of a person on a wide range of issues.
The results can be viewed from different perspectives. There are evaluations
The L&D Support Tool is characterised by the following advantages:
Our USPs are:
100% online, multilingual and fast
The constant technological change enables more flexible working regardless of the respective company location. Here, the multicultural and decentralised added value within the company requires adaptation on a technical and linguistic level.
The L&D Support Tool is accessible on the PC, laptop as well as tablets and smartphones, thus enabling flexible implementation. Furthermore, the modules can be worked on in over ten languages and at two different language levels.
In total, the processing takes between 10 and 90 minutes (depending on the respective module), whereby the results are already available for retrieval within 10 minutes.
Measure what can be changed
The focus of the L&D Support Tool is on identifying behaviours, sensation patterns, potentials and characteristics that can be (positively) changed.
Many other analytical methods focus primarily on aspects of personality, which, however, can be regarded as relatively stable from around the age of 30.
Resilience – mastering challenges successfully
The psychological resilience in challenging situations as an indicator for the resilience of employees can be determined by the measurement procedure.
In contrast to other methods, the results can be made visible within a period of 45 minutes.
Change processes require commitment and cost energy. The level of resilience is a predictor of the likelihood that change can be successfully shaped (or crises can be successfully managed).
Individual and team analyses
If the L&D Support Tool is used in the area of team coaching, for example, various team analyses can also be carried out.
The results show how a person relates to their colleagues in the group, and vice versa.
By showing the behavioural characteristics of an entire team, it is possible to determine at a glance whether a team is well balanced and/or what areas of intervention exist.
With this innovative approach, it is also possible to create new and well-balanced teams. Of course, you can also use the online analysis tool for in-depth individual analyses.
Analysis and prediction of working relationships between people
The interactions and relationships within a team are the engine of success for the development of a company.
On an individual level, the L&D Support Tool shows in detail a person’s strengths and development opportunities.
On the relationship level, the model provides a deep insight into the relationship between two people and their individual characteristics and qualities.
In this way, strengths and weaknesses in the collaboration become visible. In addition, the model can provide insights into how someone works in an existing team or one that is being built.
One of the strengths of the L&D Support Tool is that it is not only applicable to existing relationships, but also allows for an informed assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of future or potential collaborations.
Insight into the behavioural preferences, potentials and talents of a group (team, department)
As a basis for team analysis and management, our reports visualise how the behavioural competences with strengths, potentials and weaknesses are distributed in the measured groups.
Overviews are available showing the distribution of strengths and weaknesses of entire departments.
Within the framework of a selection procedure, you will gain insight into the totality of the existing strengths, potentials and weaknesses of your applicant group in a simple way.
Strategic overviews for the top management
In order to ensure from the top management that the potential of the employees is aligned with the company’s goals, a meaningful visualisation of the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams – related to previously definable fields of competence – was developed.
In the context of strategic alignments of the company, mergers and change management processes, these analyses show to what extent the employees are “fit for this future”.
Quality: Validation of the L&D Support Tool according to EFPA review model
The scientific foundation and evaluation of the L&D Support Tool was carried out by independent accredited experts in accordance with the EFPA review model.
The result: The tool fulfils the requirements, standards and quality criteria of the EFPA review model. In particular, the tool achieves excellent scores in the areas of “adequacy of overall reliability” and “adequacy of overall validity”.
The EFPA (European Federation Psychologists’ Associations) is recognized by 37 different European psychologists’ associations, including the BDP (Berufsverband Deutscher Psychologinnen und Psychologen) and the DGP (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychologie).
In addition, the Review Model is also recognized outside Europe (including in the US and Australia).
